Requesting Data & Account Deletion

We value your privacy and control over your personal data. You can request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and associated data by following these steps:

  • Send an email to support@example.com from the email address registered to your RunPlan account.
  • State in the subject or body that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted.

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently remove:

  • Your user account, profile details, and uploaded avatar images.
  • All synced Strava activities, gear mappings, and GPS route polylines.
  • All event calendar preferences and participant listings.

Please note that data deletion is irreversible. If you connect your Strava account again in the future, a new profile will be created.
